GM Construction and Development (Industrial Estate)

Job Descriptions: 

• Lead the planning and execution of construction and engineering projects within the industrial estate, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and operational efficiency. 

• Develop and implement engineering roadmaps that integrate technical design, modern construction methods, and sustainability for a long-term estate development. 

• Monitor project progress, assess risk mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues to ensure timely and successful project delivery. 

• Oversee permitting processes and ensure full compliance with all regulatory, health, safety, and environmental standards. 

• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost controls to optimize capital efficiency and operational performance. 

• Review and approve technical designs, engineering solutions, and construction strategies to ensure quality, safety, and long-term value creation. 

• Prepare and present executive-level reports, dashboards, and strategic insights to support informed decision-making. 

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers, project managers, and technical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development. 

Requirements :  

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. Master's degree is preferable. 

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction/engineering management, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role. 

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale industrial estate or infrastructure projects developments (more than 400 Ha). 

• Proficiency in Project Tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and other tools related. 

• Solid knowledge of project management principles (PMP certification is a plus). 

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Strong understanding of local construction regulations and environmental policies.
