Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across Serenity Eco Guesthouse and Yoga and our Alkaline Vegan Restaurant. The ideal candidate will be a creative, results-oriented individual with a passion for wellness, sustainability, and plant-based living. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive bookings, and enhance guest engagement for both entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Planning:
Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives for the guesthouse, yoga shala, and restaurant.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and target audience insights.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign effectiveness.
Digital Marketing:
Manage and optimize our online presence across all platforms, including website (SEO/SEM), social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), and review sites (TripAdvisor, Google My Business).
Develop and execute engaging content strategies (photos, videos, blogs, stories) to highlight our unique offerings, eco-friendly practices, and community events.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Oversee email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and guest communication.
Explore and implement new digital marketing technologies and trends.
Content Creation & Management:
Lead the creation of high-quality, on-brand marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, menus, and in-house signage.
Coordinate professional photography and videography sessions to capture the essence of our property and offerings.
Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.
Social Media & Community Engagement:
Actively manage and grow our social media communities, fostering engagement and building brand loyalty.
Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators.
Public Relations & Partnerships:
Develop and nurture relationships with media outlets, travel bloggers, and local businesses.
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to expand reach and attract new guests.
Manage press inquiries and facilitate media visits.
Promotions & Campaigns:
Conceptualize and execute creative marketing campaigns and promotions for special events, yoga retreats, restaurant specials, and seasonal offers.
Collaborate with the Reservations and Restaurant teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and report on website traffic, social media engagement, booking conversions, and restaurant footfall.
Provide regular reports to management with actionable insights and recommendations.
Budget Management:
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI on all marketing activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the hospitality, wellness, or F&B industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.1
Passion for health, wellness, yoga, and sustainable living is highly desirable.
Knowledge of the Bali tourism market is a plus.
