Restaurant Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Zia Tina Restaurant, a Masseria-inspired Italian restaurant in the heart of Seminyak. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibillity
• Manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Lead and motivate a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and related staff
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Ensure high-quality food and service standards
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Leadership skills
• Effective communication with staff, customers, and suppliers.
• Problem-Solving skills.
• Adaptability and Flexibility in handling unexpected situations.
• Providing exceptional service to customers.
