Job Description
Conduct inspections, supervision, and awareness programs on occupational safety, health practices, PPE usage, and overall HSE compliance
Identify hazards, develop mitigation measures, and ensure proper work permit processes and equipment safety standards
Prepare daily, monthly, and annual HSE reports
Deliver HSE-related training to employees
Provide first aid response (P3K) in case of workplace accidents
Prepare accident reports and lead investigations to determine root causes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, Public Health, or related fields
Minimum GPA of 3.00
Maximum age: 35 years
Minimum 1 year of experience in a related HSE role
Possession of General K3 Expert Certification (Sertifikat Ahli K3 Umum) is required
Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills
Willing to be placed in Subang, West Java
