Job descriptions :
Monitor daily operations
Change all outlets to work according to the applicable SOPs
Provide monthly sales reports, profits, losses and expense control to the BoD
Approve the opening of new outlets in accordance with the standards and decisions that have been implemented.
Improve SOPs to obtain an effective and efficient operational system
Maintain good relationships with the team, vendors and consumers
Training and development of new employees and ensure current employees are skilled and knowledgeable
Formulate and implement strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals and vision
Qualifications :
Minimum D3/S1 education with a relevant major
Minimum 3 years experience as Area Manager/Operational Manager/Project Manager in the FnB field preferably in Japanese Restaurant
Communicative, initiative, organized and familiar with targets
Have experience in handling the opening of new outlets
Able to speak and write in english
Able to lead operational and communicative time
Willing to travel for domestic service
