Area Manager F&B

Job descriptions :

• Monitor daily operations

• Change all outlets to work according to the applicable SOPs

• Provide monthly sales reports, profits, losses and expense control to the BoD

• Approve the opening of new outlets in accordance with the standards and decisions that have been implemented.

• Improve SOPs to obtain an effective and efficient operational system

• Maintain good relationships with the team, vendors and consumers

• Training and development of new employees and ensure current employees are skilled and knowledgeable

• Formulate and implement strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals and vision

Qualifications :

• Minimum D3/S1 education with a relevant major

• Minimum 3 years experience as Area Manager/Operational Manager/Project Manager in the FnB field preferably in Japanese Restaurant

• Communicative, initiative, organized and familiar with targets

• Have experience in handling the opening of new outlets

• Able to speak and write in english

• Able to lead operational and communicative time

• Willing to travel for domestic service
