In my division, this cycle repeats nearly every week, creating moments of stress and nervousness when embarking on a new project.

The recruitment process is my favorite part. It is fair, honest, and fast, and I couldn't even expect more. Another thing I appreciate about this company is that every day is a new challenge, and there is always something new to learn. I can also meet so many amazing individuals with great personality traits. I work directly under a manager from the Philippines who frequently visits us in Indonesia, and they are so fun to talk with about work or anything else. The company provides a comfy working atmosphere and a pretty excellent working setup. But the most important thing is, you can have a free-flow coffee.

Tantangan

Every day is a new challenge, and there is always something new to learn. It can be fairly entertaining at times, but it can also be quite stressful, especially for a newcomer like me. We must be able to prioritize our work and manage our time well. Using my prior career as an example, I was aware that it would be tough at first. It's usually messy, full of surprises, and extremely stressful in the beginning. But, as time goes by, new challenges sculpt me into a better version of myself, and I can feel myself improving my skills day by day. With this mindset, I can complete my probation in 2.5 months.

I started for 3 months and just passed my probation. The company hr asked me to write a review. I am new so what I have seen is just training, orientation, and my first few team assignments. The team is friendly and kind but everyone is very busy because the company order volume are rising quickly. We work in 4-6 people teams based on assignment or project.

Tantangan

My work is split with half reg assignments (its a little bit repetitive) and half projects. I like projects the most. It is very busy, orders are growing, so there is a lot of work and sometimes I get stressful. I know they are hiring more managers but I think now there are not enough.

- Good Learning Curve: There's much to learn as you will have the opportunity to lead your own projects and talk to internal / external people despite being a fresh grad. There are also opportunity to accelerate your career and get promoted fast. - Compensation: Higher than average salary for fresh grads (even when considering the workload), standard perks and benefits.

Tantangan

- Workload: Heavy workload, even more heavy than your average startup. Part of the reason you learn much is because there's a lot to do. Personally for me I could still handle it, but this company is not for everyone. - Work Environment: Feedback from management is more often personal instead of constructive. Blaming culture and micromanagement style which leads to high turnover
