Bogus training and development, useless mantra, kinda faux self development in a nutshell. Literally recapped things you already know. Unless you learning a new, different fields which is not your forte, its not worth the time. Also somehow too much meeting kinda making your working time less productive.
Performance appraisal system somehow flawed. It was eventually fixed too, but damaged is already done. It was a good run overall, so if you purely need a job, you can consider this company.
