    Good Work Environment and Great Benefit
    The good things- Flexible working hours and work from anywhere which is more productive for me - Offer a lot of benefit like Mekari Flexible Benefit, Home Office Support, Self Development Training, Insightful Webinar and still a lot +++ to mention! - Great working culture (often held a fun event like townhall, division gathering, etc with a lot of prizes) - Supportive coworkers
    The challenges- A fast paced environment so you have to catch up really fast, sometimes challenging sometimes a lit bit draining, also workload a lil bit high - Sometimes there's a sudden changes so we have to adapt fast, especially if we're about to implement the new systems

    The good things- Work from home friendly - Good compensation & benefits! <3 - Flexi working hour (but do responsible with our own work) - Great team bonding event!! - Provide more opportunity if you prove that you are capable to do more things! (even though u r an intern)
    The challengesFast paced & not the best at handovering task, so you should be very initiative and communicative with all the backlog or what things you dont understand, and always try to dig deeper

    The good thingsOne of the many things I find great working in this company is : 1. Personal growth : How I can manage my time management while finding ideas together to solve any setbacks. 2. Atmosphere : We would do team gatherings, nontraditional work environments(Go-work/WFH), great team mates 3. Learning new things : Our company provides and urges us to try learn new things, we can even participate in meetings/seminars 4. Benefits : A lot of benefits, well being of the employees are well taken care of
    The challengesWorking at a startup company be really daunting with so many unknown variables, not to mention the fast pace work/deadlines. The workload is heavy, we are expected to work around the clock to make sure everything is done, so stress and burnout are possible.

    The challenges- Working with legacy codebase and old technology can be daunting - So far no clear career path toward individual contributor, engineers are likely becoming team leader or management (EM, etc)

    The good thingsThere are so many rooms that I can improve as individual in Mekari, and the good thing is that my employer allows me to grow and guide me to learn things. Mekari also has lots of benefits for its employees. And one thing that is great is the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you get your work done!
    The challengesAs it is a startup company, I experience fast-paced environment. Almost every quarter you have something new, which is normal, considering it is for company's growth. But it is challenging to adapt myself in every changes that is happening.

    The challenges- any reimbursement took so long to be approved - after got reimburse approval, its still took so long to get paid - low yearly salary increment - some of coworkers were not so friendly, so I'm lazy to reach them - no annual bonus for past 2 years yet Mekari acquired a startup - no stock option for ordinary considered employee
