Business Development Manager

The good things
Flexibility and sometimes you just do not know what to do
The challenges
Unclear company's mission and vision from CEO. CEO is micro-managed and has no idea in which direction he wants to have the company going. Typical Asian cultured company, and do not expect your sales commission paid . Some people has been working half a year and your commission won't be paid, especially when you are resigning, your commission won't even out a cent. No health Insurance BPJS not paid

Great Place to Work and Learn New Stuff Everyday

The good things
the environment, the people, a lot of new and exciting things and knowledge to learn, it's a startup company so we got a lot chance to contribute to the exciting projects they have. The Expats are all very welcoming and willing to share valuable knowledge.
The challenges
I enjoy all aspects of my experience here, although for some people, they might be worried that they could not speak English. Now, English is a must here, so don't worry, you'd get used to speaking English in no time.

Good Place to Start

The good things
Challenging environment with a mix culture to add on the equation. Dynamic working atmosphere with fairly young peers (30-ish). Free snacks packed fridge and a monthly reimbursed meal can boost your mood almost instantly. Besides... Where else can you ride a bike around the office like in the movies?
The challenges
Fast paced industry and policy making process which was obviously confusing at times (happens quite frequent with a relatively close intervals). Not really investing on people development. More of a collecting bricks than molding them.
