    Lingkungannya nyaman, bersih, suasana sangat kekeluargaan. Tidak ada sistem hierarki, semua agent lama dan baru setara. Senior2 sangat helpfull ketika dimintai pertolongan. Atasan2 juga orangnya seru. Meskipun terkadang pekerjaannya hectic, tetapi ada team support yang siaga membantu kapanpun

    Kesulitan saya hanya pada awal training saja. Karena harus terbiasa dengan sistem dan harus bisa menyamai rekan2 yang sudah lama. Tetapi ketika sudah melewati 2-4 minggu sudah mulai terbiasa.
