- Translate text, email, etc from English to Bahasa Indonesia;
- Provide support or assistance to customers of Shared Hosting, Reseller, VPS via live chat and support tickets;
- Provide support or assistance by phone;
- Helping Admin Server regarding any issues on server stability and server problems;
- Respond and performing checks on the abuse of services (spam/phishing);
- Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): php script, mysql, apache, Content Management Systems.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Willing to work on weekend.
