Responsibilities


  • Translate text, email, etc from English to Bahasa Indonesia;
  • Provide support or assistance to customers of Shared Hosting, Reseller, VPS via live chat and support tickets;
  • Provide support or assistance by phone;
  • Helping Admin Server regarding any issues on server stability and server problems;
  • Respond and performing checks on the abuse of services (spam/phishing);

Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): php script, mysql, apache, Content Management Systems.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Willing to work on weekend.
