- Providing support to the departmental manager in general duties such as clerical, receptionist, filing, staff support on project management and other office duties.
- Answering general queries by telephone from clients.
- Coordinating with other departments.
- Working with invoices and receipts.
- Writing and dispatching routine or straightforward letters
- Photocopying documents
- Sorting and opening post
- Obtaining information from the computer
- Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files
- Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.
- Having Computer Skills such as Microsoft Office is very essential
- Fresh Graduates are the most welcome.
- Being able to work alone or with a team.
- Having good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Having interpersonal abilities.
- Being able to work to strict deadlines.
- Being flexible and proactive.
- Having high attention to details.
- Having concentration for routine tasks.
- Should possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
