  • Providing support to the departmental manager in general duties such as clerical, receptionist, filing, staff support on project management and other office duties.
  • Answering general queries by telephone from clients.
  • Coordinating with other departments.
  • Working with invoices and receipts.
  • Writing and dispatching routine or straightforward letters
  • Photocopying documents
  • Sorting and opening post
  • Obtaining information from the computer
  • Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files
  • Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.


  • Having Computer Skills such as Microsoft Office is very essential
  • Fresh Graduates are the most welcome.
  • Being able to work alone or with a team.
  • Having good written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Having interpersonal abilities.
  • Being able to work to strict deadlines.
  • Being flexible and proactive.
  • Having high attention to details.
  • Having concentration for routine tasks.
  • Should possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
