Service Delivery Manager

  • Fluent in English.
  • Service Delivery Management background in an operational/project environment.
  • Significant skills in communication with customer, team and 3rd party suppliers.
  • Can demonstrate use of reports to manage SLA.
  • Can demonstrate skills in Service Improvement of team and 3rd party suppliers.
  • Thorough understanding of regional business needs and business critical events.
  • Excellent communicator, and feedback coherently to Lead SDM based in the UK.
  • Significantly contributes to the overall team and can demonstrate a positive can-do attitude.
  • Has managed contractual and commercial service obligations.
  • Can evidence the use of trending and analysis in the context of service performance.
