Organizational Development and Talent Management Manager
Jakarta Raya - Mangga Dua

Responsibilities:

  • Having knowledge of talent management tools, including for designing competence and assessment
  • Monitoring talent management program activities
  • Analyzing effectiveness of talent management program
  • Facilitating Individual Development Program run effectively
  • Having good capability to design and implement organization structure, KPI, and job description
  • Having good capability to design and implement performance management system, including to create job grading and salary structure, job analysis and job evaluation
  • Having good knowledge of Man Power Productivity

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Master's Degree in Psychology (preferable with profession degree as Psychologist) from reputable university
  • Having minimum 2 years of working experience as Organizational Development and Talent Management Manager
