Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya) - Bintaro
Organizing, coordinating, and managing training programs within organization.
Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.
Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods.
Prepare training budget for department or organization.
Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Having minimum 5 years of working experience in Training & Development area is required for this position.
Exposure in Instructional Design and handling Management Trainee program would be an advantage.
Experience in deliver training.
Having good communication skills in English, both oral & written
