Store General Manager (SGMA)
He/ She is Accountable for planning, managing, controlling and establishing the tactics and activity programs for the store and the people who work at the store, with the purpose of promoting sales while keeping focus on positive margins and actively improving the profitability of the store.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
Required skill(s): Excellent Leadership, Stock Inventory Management, Sales driven and Goal oriented.
General knowledge of Hypermarket Management with a strong customer focus.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer know-how and familiarity with common business applications (web browsers, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, etc.)
Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
Willing to be Placed in any Lottemart Location.
