is a fast-growing Luxury Villa/Property Management company based in Bali. We are looking to expand our organization to answer the growing demand for our management services. We strongly aim to deliver the best services to our villa guests and strong profitability to Villa or Property Owners. We look for strong candidate who seek challenges to fulfill the position below:

Administration Staff


  • Female preferred
  • Min. 3 years experience in administrative position/secretary
  • Great with documents archiving and paperwork, especially invoicing, purchasing, vendor management, writing emails, etc. Understanding of accounting ledger/balance is preferred or has some experiences assiting accountants.
  • Required language : Fluency in English both ORAL AND WRITTEN and bahasa Indonesia. Third language will be a plus.
  • Min Diploma
  • Must be willing to work in Bali full time
