- Responsible Designing, Developing & Establishing Organization Development section including: Organization Chart, Job Description, Man Power Planning for years, Company Culture, HR Management Policy: HR Policy, HR SOP and PD HR.
- Responsible for Recruiting Section including: Sourcing Internal & External Company, Selection & Placement, Orientation Planning.
- Responsible Designing, Developing, Monitoring & Establishing Performance Section including: Performance Plan (IPP), Monitoring Employees Performance, Coaching & Counseling, Evaluation and Development Program.
- Responsible Designing, Developing, Implementation & Monitoring People Development Section including: Standard Competence, Matrix Training, and Potential Mapping: Assessment, HAV Map, People Review, and Career Planning & Development Program.
- Develop Retention program and improving Standard Operational Procedures in Recruitment, Learning & Development, Career Management, and Performance Management System.
- Personnel administration (supervise employees database; attendance, annual leave records, mutation, contract employees, etc).
- Employee relations (provide information through the rules, policies, rules that the company works to keep).
- Responsible to integrate systems between Factory (In Cibitung) and Head office (Jakarta).
- Responsible in compensations and benefits, payroll of employees.
- Built a good communication with labor union and Company labor Agreement negotiation.
- Plan and manage internal event of the company which includes new comer arrangement and company event.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Age between 30 – 40 years old
Have experiences in HR & GA Min. 5 years
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers Specializing in Human Recources or equivalent
Having good interpersonal and good communication, negotiation with LABOR is a MUST
Familiar in Factory working environment.
Having experience in handling more than 150 employees (Manager & Executive level, Staff level & Labor)
Required skill(s): leadership and managing, inter personal skill, Personal Management.
Skills : Strong Leadership, Personnel Management, Interpersonal is a MUST
Able to be work under pressure
Having sense of ownership / loyal person
Full-Time position(s) available.
MUST be willing to work in Cibitung.
