Monitor all chargeable Field Service Order for invoicing process
Assist in travelling process for field personnel
Create Sales Order after Purchased Order received
Compile information, interpret customer’s requirement and assist in preparing technical quotation packages
Monitor status of customer order to meet delivery requirement
Minimum of Diploma Degree in Administration, Management, or Polytechnic
Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in administration, data input, and tracking system
Good spoken & written English
Highly motivated, punctual & discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
