  • To manage benefit operations, including medical and jamsostek benefit
  • To administer benefit calculation and its payment

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Mathematics, Human Resource Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Preferred skill(s): Purchasing Management.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or Procurement in Multinational Company. Job role in Compensation & Benefits or Payroll Officer.
