HR. Assistant
Jakarta Raya - Wolter Monginsidi No. 19. Jakarta Selatan


  • To assist the administration of human resources policies, procedures and programs to achieve desired objectives.
  • To assist in recruitment and selection activities - preparing job advertisement, job posting, short-listing of candidates, scheduling interview, interview candidates, job offer and conducting reference check.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training activities and to ensure the smooth implementation according to the training plan.
  • To provide timely Administration & Human Resources reports.
  • Updating employee records from time to time into the payroll system and employee personal files.
  • To involve in recruitment and selection of manpower for general operators and assigned level.
  • To conduct orientation for newly recruited staff.
  • To prepare HR Department documents that includes Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Transfer Letters, Promotion Letter, Disciplinary Letters, Memo and etc.
  • Perform other general administrative and human resources tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
  • To update and key-in employee attendance such as Annual leave application, change shift, overtime, etc for payroll calculation purpose.
  • To keep track and monitor employee attendance on a periodical basis, and generate report for analysis and monitoring purpose.
  • To update and key-in employee data for new and resigned employees,  and update employee master record in system, for any change of employees particulars, from time to time.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in HRD / Hotelier / Management / Administration or higher.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Familiar with recruitment.
  • Good organizational skills, able to multi task as well as work well under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
  • Good Communication skill.
  • Contract position(s) available.
