Personal Assistant For President Director
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

  • Understand business perspective, including corporate planning or corporate finance
  • Understand the organization structure and organization aim’s and objectives for a smooth internal communication
  • Provide administrative support to President Director (producing documents, briefing papers, report & presentation, etc.)
  • Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
  • Organizing and attending meetings. Make sure the meeting runs flawlessly by preparing the presentation material, meeting room & equipment’s
  • Arranging travel and accommodation. Occasionally, traveling with the President Director to take note or dictation at meeting or to provide general assistance during presentation

Requirements:

  • Male/ Female, max. 32 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree with majoring in Management/ English Literature/ Secretarial from reputable university
  • At least 5 years of working experience as Personal Assistant in Travel/ Airlines Industry
  • Fluent in English
  • Having good communication & analytical thinking
  • Independent, multitasking, & able to work under pressure and long hours
  • Outgoing & pleasant personality
