Marketing Coordinator

The role of Indonesian Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Group Marketing & Communications Manager and is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans in the Indonesian market. Gopher aims to be a world class business, so the main function of this role will be developing the quality and quantity of campaigns and communication to get to a level that could be considered world class. 
Key Accountabilities
This role will be responsible for all marketing in Indonesia and is the key liaison between NZ (where most of the support teams like design, production and tech are based) and Indonesia (where the sales are happening) Role includes but is not limited to:
  • lead generation campaigns,
  • lead conversion campaigns,
  • NPD launch,
  • Providing sales support and tools to the sales team,
  • In collaboration with the Email Marketing Specialist, develop effective email marketing campaigns – promotional, notification, newsletters specifically for the Indonesian market
  • Work with Group Marketing Manager to ensure consistent comms across all of our communication
  • Working with Country Manager to deliver timely campaigns and support
  • Drive the marketing projects through the internal systems
This is a newish role for Gopher and we operate in a fast moving often changing industry.
So from time to time there may be additional responsibilities so we really need someone who is keen and willing to get stuck in where needed.


  • Excellent project management skills
  • Digital Marketing Background
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English
  • Strong knowledge of the Indonesian market
  • Event Management/sales/operations background would be a plus

  • Creative and always looking for new opportunities
