Primary Responsibilities

Make SGS the clear number 1 in the business in the country (market penetration, customer impact, quality, innovation, operational excellence and people)

Achieve revenue target agreed upon with Business Manager and Operation Manager

Achieve continuous profitable sales growth trough active marketing and superior customer relationships and innovative services

Specific Responsibilities
-
Prepare Sales budget for the running year – January to December
-
Prepare solid Sales Pipelines and Track for the achievement (with or without corrective actions)
-
Client / affiliates liaison for all correspondence including inquiries, quotations, receipt of orders and complaint handling including invoicing problem
-
Review enquiry, prepare and submission of the quotation
-
Register enquiry and confirmed work order from the Client in to logbook
-
Send approved final reports, certificates and invoices to clients / affiliates or other parties as approved by Operation manager
-
Review all complaints and/or potential claims relating to the section
-
Maintain all job files related to sales activities
-
Preparation of reports for Operation Manager as requested, in a timely manner and other tasks as requested by the Business Manager, e.g.: weekly highlight, monthly report, etc

Promoting and Developing Line of Business to all Potential Client

Actively attend and making preparation to All National or Private sector Tendering Processes

Promote and Implement ‘Safety, Health, and Environment’ elements at all chances (Office and during travelling) of work

Prepare Sales Monthly summary report to Business/Operation Manager
Requirements:
Profile

Market survey of similar Line of Business and set a solid sales pipelines

Implement policies of Market penetration and sales growth of local business unit min 20%

Response to the inquiry within 24 hours

Deliver quotation maximum 2 days after the entire queries have been clarified
Skills
-
Education:
-
Bachelor in Technical Degree or Management (Marketing) or equivalent
-
Experience:
-
More than 5 years experience in similar Line of Business (Service Industry)
-
Specific Sales/ Marketing experience:
-
Excellent Sales tracking record – Accountable data information
-
Know-how of making Sales & Marketing strategy for service industry
-
Familiar with Industrial line of business – Oil, Gas, & Chemical, Power, Construction, and Material Testing Industries
-
Additional requirements:

Fluent in Indonesia and English Language (verbal, written and comprehension)
-
Has good knowledge and understanding on global harmonized procedure
-
Has a good skill in analyzing data for supporting the business
-
Has a technical knowledge of Mechanical/ Electrical codes (e.g.: ISO, API, IEEE, ASME, NACE, etc.)

Computer literate
-
Has a good logical sense, knowledge and skill in computer application or programming

Has a good knowledge and understanding on analyzing and utilize the data by using computer application
-
Presentation software (Power Point Presentations or equivalent)
