We are looking for a hard working, energetic person to join our team as a HRD Manager, develop and drive Teapresso to a further success. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all HR activities, programs and administration and system in the areas of :
  • Personnel management and services,
  • Training & Development
  • Recruitment
  • Industrial relations
  • Compensation & benefit programs
  • Provide HR advice to line managers and management regarding HR policies and procedures to ensure the objectives of HR management are met

Job Responsibilites Detail
  • Motivate staff, develop targets and monitor its success
  • Follow requests from higher management into implementing their requirements
  • Prepare and develop relevant forms and request that store counters may find in need
  • Organize and dedicate single staff person to attend and accommodate training sessions
  • Develop interview forms, progress reports and staff improvement forms.
  • Develop employee contracts, its storage, organization and implementation.
  • Find relevant staff and outsource human force to resolve problems with stores.
  • Develop warning letters structure.
  • Develop structure on improving employees performance and how to implement such structure
  • Make records of all employees and organize them in systematical way.
  • Find relevant people to implement advertising, preparing, delivering and storing while launching of a new store counter
  • Find employees from other cites, organize training sessions, travel, and accommodation and monitor their performance
  • Develop contracts for new employees, renewal of new contracts and their organization.
  • Advance use of computer skills in all Microsoft Office and electronic data organization.
  • Set up a customer service program and train new and current staff.
  • Develop a procedure to deal with customer complaints and their resolution.
  • Make recommendation for improvement in every aspect of the business.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Surabaya.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Contract position(s) available.
