Human Resource Manager
Jawa Barat - Subang Responsibilities:
Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent

At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Age maximum 45 years old

Preferably Manager specializing in Human Resources or equivalent

Willing to be placed at Subang, West Java.

Fluent in English both oral or written.

Having knowledge in labor law (UU no 13, 2003; UU no 2, 2004; and related regulations) recruitment & selection, benefits administration, performance management, communication processes, compensation & wage structure, and other matters relating to employees
