“PT Protelindo, a wholly owned subsidiary of public company PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk. was established in 2003 and has become the largest independent owner and operator of tower sites for wireless communications companies in Indonesia. Protelindo's primary business is leasing space at its multi-tenant tower sites to all major wireless operators in Indonesia pursuant to long term lease agreements. Protelindo owns and operates over 7,100 towers in Indonesia. We are currently seeking candidate to fill the position as:

Area Coordinator Bengkulu
Bengkulu

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for site supervision of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Trouble tickets, Acceptance Test Protocol in timely manner through entire implementation process within Operations and maintenance
  • To lead and manage the subcontractor in the assigned area
  • To assist the field team/ subcontractor in providing solutions for problems arising on a day to day basis
  • To supervise and monitor the subcontractor in order to achieve the commonly set target
  • Liaison with other internal and external parties including government authorities, legal representatives/notary and clients, if necessary
  • Conduct monthly evaluation to the performance of subcontractor and take necessary measurements for improvement
  • Prepare weekly/daily report to the Regional Coordinator/ Assistant Manager using the agreed reporting form sheet and propose for improvement
  • Supervise and support the Preventive, Corrective and Trouble Ticket process within the regional area, according to the defined time schedule, including closely monitoring the progress of obtaining all required permits and take necessary consequences
  • To conduct acceptance of all acquired sites by BAST in accordance to the defined time schedule and the Scope of Work in the respect of Quantity and Quality
  • To support all the site access under Protelindo Operations & Maintenance
  • To support and having daily interaction with installation team/ subcontractor, commissioning team/ subcontractor and project supervisor if needed
  • Consistently work towards the Company’s Quality Management Standards and Policies as well as standard Health, Safety and Environment.
  • Home base : Bengkulu

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Having minimum 2-3 years experience in CME Operations and Maintenance
  • Good knowledge background in Tower Construction, Mechanical and Electrical, Government relation and telco industry
  • Domicile in Bengkulu (local hire)
