Quality Management Manager – System & Training (HO)

Responsibilities


• Establish the plan and yearly program to ensure implementation and maintenance of Nestle Quality Management System (NQMS) and Nestle Integrated Management System (NIMS)
• Manage market certification program through liaison with Certifying Body
• Coordinate and review of Nestle Instructions Compliance
• Ensure compliance with document control Standards (Nestle as well as ISO requirement)
• Support GLOBE (Super User) and NQMS activities
• Market TPM Quality Pillar Leader
• Define and establish quality professional competency requirement and matrix, including requirement of FSSC 22000 
• Instill quality awareness and driving quality behaviour throughout the Company
• Development training program based on the skill and competency for the quality assurance staff
 

Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Communication, Presentation, Planning and Coordinating, Reporting, Problem Solving.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and 3 year(s) of working experience in Factory.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Head Office.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Candidate must possess team work oriented, willingness to accept and manage change
  • Knowlegde of GLOBE SAP and ISO 22000 & 9001 are advantages
