Sales Channels (Distribution Manager)

Requirements:

  • Market knowledge on technology andindustry, competition, market segmentation, market trend and understand the market potential.
  • Financial understanding of P&L, Balance sheet, Sales statistics, Risk analysis etc.
  • General technical understanding of Alfa Lavalproduct and applications.
  • Min. S1
  • Price management skill, including the usage of Pricing tool.
  • Strong co-ordination and communication skill
  • Strong in formulating Business Plan.
  • Excellent skill in motivating people - meaning strong in coaching from behind and allow Channels to grow
 
General Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial attitude and understanding
