Secretary To Director
Providing secretarial assistance & support for respective director in order to ensure every task will be solved in the most effective and efficient approach. Including but not limited to;
Maintaining director schedule, appointment, and calendar.
Provide assistance on director travel arrangement.
Managing & administer director business correspondence & related achieves.
Assisting director on any other necessary secretarial duties.
Diploma / Bachelor from related major, preferably from secretary.
3 – 5 years experience as secretary for director level, preferably within multinational company / banking / financial industry background.
Good communication skill, reliable and good self management.
Good interpersonal skill, customer focus oriented, while in the same time showing high standard for performance excellence, team work, and integrity.
Proficient in English (active usage both verbal and written).
Computer literate, advance usage of Ms. Office Application (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Outlook).
Solid skills on secretarial administration ability.
