Office Manager - Balikpapan
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

  • Assess local market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities and development forecast, financial objectives and business plans for the branch
  • Develop and implement sales and profitability plans according to account management principles that ensure the development and maintenance of account plans
  • Direct all operational aspects of the branch to include distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in a manner that supports reaching the profitability goals
  • Achieve the profitability goals/objectives of the branch and organization
  • Balancing/managing office budgets (by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.)
  • Ensure the safekeeping the company assets, including structures, equipment, inventory and cash.
  • Ensure that all areas of work performance or departments are properly staffed and directed.
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Implementing and maintaining company’s policy, procedures/office administrative systems; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Reporting to management (Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends).
  • Supervising, monitoring and discussing problems with the work staff
  • Arranging travel, meetings and appointments
  • Arranging training for staff
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Male, minimum 35 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree holder in business, marketing, engineering or any related discipline from a reputable university;
  • More than 5 years experience at managerial level with a reputable and Medium to Large mining Company
  • Should be well versed with Legal, Industrial Relation, Payroll, KPI, & General Affairs
  • Should be a good team leader and capable of working independently
  • Capable to manage high pressure working conditions due to the nature of work
  • Must have a Friendly relationship with the Employees
  • Great interpersonal, persuasive, hard worker, assertive and energetic
  • Able to meet deadlines and adapt to changing conditions
  • Ability to generate effective and pragmatic solutions to new situations and problems as they are presented
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law issues and ability to apply these to a variety of situations using a pragmatic and commonsense approach
