Hr And Admin Officer (HRGA)

Jakarta Raya Responsibilities:
The successful candidate is going to be designated to HRGA team as a supervior.
The roles of the position are;
- HR management supporting
. planning and implementaion of Recruiting(, Retention and motivation
. Daily employee management
. etc.
- GA and Industry relationship
. develop and manage relationship with government bodies
. check and report related regulations.
. day-to-day house keeping management
The successful candidate will report to the president director.
in the short term, the successful candidate is requested to plan and set up HR and GA system. So who understand the thorough process and structure of HR will be appreciated.
in the long term, he/she will be in charge of designing HRD program to manage manufacturing field workers. Throught the job and his/her performance, the candidate may have opportunities to take a managerial role. Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Economics, Human Resource Management, Law, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.

Required skill(s): General Administration, Human Resorces, industry relation, employee management.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
