Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Civil Engineering or equivalent, Master Degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years work experience in project management capacity, especially in property/building construction, including all aspects of process development and execution.
• Preferably Project Manager / Manager specializing in Property/Real Estate/Building or equivalent.
• Strong familiarity with project management software.
• Technically competent with various software programs.
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytcal and problem-solving capabilities.
• Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
• Flexible during times of change.
• Ability to defuse tension among project team, should it arise.
• Ability to bring project to successful completion.
• Demonstrated experience in personel management of property/building construction.
• Experience at working both independently and in a team –oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
• Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
• Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment is crucial.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Full-Time and contract position available.
• Maximum 45 years old
