FB Service Manager Jawa Barat Responsibilities:

Ensure all customer service and financial goals are met or exceeded.

Coordinate with Chef in creating/recommending a budget, marketing plans and other objectives.

Conduct regular checks on sanitation/ food handling/ maintenance to ensure operations are compliant.

Marketing for food and beverage department, work with Chef in implementing new menus, packages/promotional deals, decorating to ddraw in more in-house sales etc.

Actively coaches and develops the food service team
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
