Best Buy Home Shopping Indonesia Co., the Trading Company is specialized in selling home appliances by telesales and whole sales in Vietnam since 2002. Now we are expanding our business in Indonesia and we want to recruit key persons in Manado as follows:
Warehouse Supervisor
Jakarta Raya - Manado
Responsibilities:
+ Manage all warehouse operations in an efficient way
+ Execute operation targets set up by management
+ Manage and lead the warehouse team, promote teamwork, as well as lead by example
+ Prepare a weekly/monthly work schedule for warehouse team
+ Recruit and train new warehouse staff
+ Improve structure and processes for maximum efficiency and productivity
+ Secure all incoming orders are processed efficiently according to Best Buy standard
+ Coordinate with Delivery managers in delivering products to the clients or orders to end users.
+ Use and implement IT-systems to improve efficiency
+ Keeping stock control systems up to date
+ Plan and implement future capacity requirements
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Applicants must be willing to work in Manado.

Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

Effective stress and time management with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situasions.

Proficient working computer software knowledge.
-
Good communications skills in English.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Analytical skills with attention in details.
