Industrial Relations Manager Jakarta Raya Responsibilities:

Developing, implementing, and maintaining harmonious industrial relations at all level
-
Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the company with regard to employee relations.

Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.

Monitor industrial relations and employee relations developments to prevent and settle disputes. Liaise with unions or relevant bodies to resolve specific issues.

Participate in the development and evaluation of HR control programs and procedures.

Responsible for ensuring that the operation of all company’s business complies with laws and other prevalent regulatory provisions

Responsible for the delivery and administration of legal services to ensure the issues of risk and governance within the business are aligned to corporate goals
Requirements:

Bachelor Degree, preferably in Law from reputable university

Having minimum 5 years of working experience in handling Industrial Relations, Legal, & GA
-
Posses deep understanding in Corporate Legal, Labor Law, Regulation, and Industrial Relationships
-
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
