  2. Pendidikan min. S1 Teknik Sipil
  3. Berpengalaman min 3 tahun sebagai CME Co di bidang BTS
  4. Mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
  5. Mampu berkomunikasi dalam bahasa inggris secara aktif
  6. Mempunyai dasar-dasar kepeminpinan
  7. Bersedia ditempatkan di luar kota
