Team Leader Underwriting (Field)

Responsibilities:

• Manage performance of OPS UW Field visitors and Field admin team within set performance triggers.
• Provide first level control and evaluation of incentives schemes.
• Ensure consistency in processes, systems and reporting
• Process improvements implementation
• Drive team productivity and effectivity  to optimize costs, improve performance.
• Operational capacity planning, hiring and training of visitors.
• Coaching provided to team members (can manage team up to 25 employees).
• Responsible for processes including  gadering and field verification of clients data – underwriting process.
   

Requirements:

• Diploma III or university degree or equivalent degree from technical or economic university (it can be substituted by 3-5 years of experience at the similar position including management experience)
• At least 2 years of work experience in OPS department,
• Managerial experience
• Ability to communicate in English
• Computer literacy esp. MS Office (Excel)
• Work experience from international company
