Project Leader For Facilities Management
Papua - Tembagapura Responsibilities:

Manage maintenance activities in the office building to ensure HVAC, Mechanical and Plumbing system are working in good condition.

Establishing, conducting and controlling the schedule of preventive and predictive maintenance for HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing and Civil work.
-
Ensure effective preventive maintenance and effective problem solving
-
Ensure all jobs are completed and followed the client’s regulation & HSE expectation
Requirements:
-
Indonesian, Male, age 32 - 39, Bachelor Degree (S-1) in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering.

3-5 years working experience in building maintenance or Property/Facilities Management
-
Have capability to provide realistic schedule of manpower and preventive/predictive maintenance
-
Have capability to demonstrate an excellent interpersonal skill, superior planning and organizational ability
-
Have capability to make a comprehensive reports of daily, weekly and monthly activities
-
Have capability to work with computer especially in Microsoft office such as Outlook, Excel, Word and Power point. AutoCAD and other drawing ability would be advantages.

Have capability to coach and mentor all team member.

Fluency in English both oral and written is essential
Note : Those who are not at Manager level yet (Supervisor level/ Assistant Manager levels are encouraged to apply).
