Service Management Department Head
- Ensure the implementation of service culture within the company
- Create breakthrough service quality strategy, as well as nurture current service quality implementation
- Manage operation of Contact Center and ensure that all KPIs are achieved
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
- A visionary leader with at least 5 years of working experience in Service Quality Management from a financial service based company (Banking or Insurance)
- Experience in managing Contact Center is a definite advantage
- Exceptional achievements in the area of service quality
- Excellent analytic skills
- Passionate in creating improvements in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills
