Tangerang (Banten) - Karawaci Responsibilities:
- Providing basic solution for sales force day to day operation
- Handling enquiries and problems from all bancassurance sales force and bank partner staff
- Capturing recent issues in sales field and promoting enhancement to related working unit
- Handle incoming cases and email from bancassurance sales force and bank partner staffs in relation with sales related problem and enquiries
- Sales tools problem monitoring report (hardware and software) in bank branches
- Provide sales issues report and analysis gathered during calls
- Handle walk in sales consultation to sales force for basic needs and problems
Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Computer skill hardware and software (Windows, Marena)
- Communication skill
- Analytical skill
