Jakarta Raya Responsibilities:

In charge for Auto Claims Department

Responsible for auto claim’s turn around time and SOP

Maintain and improve customer’s satisfaction
Requirements:
General Requirements

Bachelor Degree from reputable university in any major
-
Willing to work under target and pressure
-
Able to work in a team
-
Excellent in communication dan leadership skill
-
Fluent in English, spoken and written
Specific Requirements:
-
Min. 5 years experience in managing the Auto Claims Department
-
Extensive knowledge and experience in handling complex claims
-
Good connection with repairers in all major cities in Indonesia.
