Account Manager
Tangerang (Banten) - Karawaci Responsibilities:
- To assist Account Management Head in a variety of tasks including project management, coordination, strategic planning, relationship management, negotiation, leadership and innovative development of opportunities.
- To maintain the company's existing relationship with the Bank Partner.
- Implementing the business plan that is delivered with proper balance in terms of profitability to AIA, revenue to the Bank and customer value.
- Bridge how the company can best meet Bank requirements (ex. product portfolio, post sales service, marketing program).
- Provide a marketing plan and to get buy in from actuary and related AIA senior management.
- Mitigate the business gaps and find solutions, including results of consequence management for sales team.
- Present the Bank's product team regularly of the progress of service level on sales and services.
- Deliver approporaite training and coaching to business analyst/sales team/admin staff.
Requirements: - At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
