Country Head of Talent Acquisition – Leading International Bank

Responsibilities:

We seek a talented recruitment leader for a unique career opportunity as the Onsite Country Head of Talent Acquisition with a top international bank based in Jakarta. As an integrated part of our clients' HR Function, you will manage the delivery of the end-to-end resourcing process for Indonesia and oversee the entire Indonesia recruitment teamfor our client, so they can focus on their core business activities. You will manage the resource and workload allocation to ensure the successful fulfilment of all client vacancies andensure all recruitment activity effectively communicates the employer brand.
 
In this role you will:-

  • Build, develop and manage a high performing resourcing team
  • Act as a positive business partner sharing recruitment best practise and local market knowledge with key stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Establish budget forecasts and work with appropriate stakeholders to ensure hiring remains within budget
  • Coach and mentor the recruitment team to design and deliver sourcing strategies that meet the client’s business needs and generate diverse talent pools
  • Implement standardised tools and best practise to improve effectiveness of the selection process
  • Actively handle senior level hires including direct sourcing of candidates
  • Build and develop strong sustainable relationships with external stakeholders including vendor management of preferred suppliers

Requirements:

Successful applicants will have
  • At least 8+ years’ strategic recruitment experience in executing end to end recruitment process and a successful track record of senior placements
  • Ability to build creative attraction strategies, including direct sourcing to ensure recruitment process is executed on time and within budget
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a team and coaching & mentoring recruiters
  • Vendor management including negotiation of preferred supplier agreements
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a fast paced environment
  • Candidates from financial institutions or large corporate organisations are preferred
  • Fluency in English is essential
