Responsibilities:

Set effective and proper development strategies to enhance company’s business performance in the assigned area
-
Achievement of area sales-out, distribution, merchandising and business development targets through multi distributors
-
Preparing optimum plan for all supervisors and merchandisers, controlling them so as to have efficient and proactive colleagues
-
Routine field visitsto monitor the performance of the field forces
-
Conduct regular reviews
-
Identify development needs in the field force and inform RSM to plan training
-
Conduct regular coaching
-
Guiding and motivating all supervisors and evaluate their performances
-
Ensure marketing plan implemented in area assigned
-
Give feedback to RSM on execution of marketing and sales activities as well as competitor activities (monthly posting)
-
Analyze and evaluate traditional & modern trade channel trends and specific brand/category performance aiming for: growth in volume/value; share of business; distribution; recommend promotion and merchandising thrust
-
Provide specialist support to RSM:sales performance review and forecast; development of trade promotions; business development meetings/presentation
Requirements:

University graduate, post graduate would be an advantage
-
Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in both English and Indonesian
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management position with a reputableFMCG or consumer health company

Project management skillsan advantage

Knowledge in distributor, territory andsales force management
-
Strong leadership and team player

Computer literacy
-
Analytical skills
-
