Senior Sales and Marketing Manager

Requirements:

• Male, Min 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Sales
• Able to managing sales target achievement, distribution and visibilities
• Able to build relations and best deal with distributor
• Having ability in seeing opportunities for channel development
• Having wide relationship with wholesalers, retailers, both for local and overseas
• Strong managerial and leadership skills and willing to travel all over Indonesia to monitor sales force performance
• Willing to work long hours
• Willing to work in beer industry
• Willing to work in ANCOL
