Junior Customer Service Jakarta Raya Responsibilities:

General Customer Service tasks.

Assist team in shipment execution.

Handle shipment documentation and submit in the database.

Make communication with overseas agent for arrange import or export

shipment

Build a good relationship with overseas agent and customer.

Monitoring shipment from origin up to destination.
-
Coordinate with custom team and field operation team to process custom
-
clearance until delivery
-
Coordinate with trucking team for pickup and delivery arrangement.
-
Handling and responsible for all Shipment process
-
Coordinate to provide supporting document
-
Update shipment and forward information to customer
-
Provide monthly/weekly report
-
Ensure to arrange the shipment going well and properly
-
Telemarketing to prospect customer.
-
Visit prospect or current customers to secure the shipments
Requirements:
-
Male or Female
-
Min. High School Graduates or higher graduates.
-
Preferable from Logistics or Freight Forwarding Company
-
Excellent in build & maintain relationship prospect new and existing
-
customer.
-
Good communication and administration skill.
-
Able to work under pressure.
-
Fluent in English both oral and written
-
Familiar with MS Office
