Jakarta Raya Responsibilities:

Prospect for clients

Check listings

Make appointments with clients

Schedule viewings with clients

Negotiate leasing terms & conditions on behalf of clients

Close the deals

Follow up with detailed documentations / paper-work
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Architecture or equivalent.

Required skill(s): MS word, MS office, Internet.

Preferred skill(s): Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, MS Powerpoint.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
