Responsibilities:

• Monitoring Claim Process the letters
• Ensure the input process in Group Asia done properly
• Increase accurate and efficiency in claim process
• Manage Communication in team & related functios
• Improve claim administration process 
• Increase the accuracy and tidiness in claim letter process.
• Maintain low level error ratio
• Handling complaint about  Reimbursement Claims process and claim letters process and response in max 1 working day.

Requirements:

• 5 to10 years working experience in managerial capacity in claims department, preferably in insurance industry.
• Experience of managing change and business development activities
