Head of Reimbursement Claims Jakarta Raya Responsibilities:

Monitoring Claim Process the letters

Ensure the input process in Group Asia done properly

Increase accurate and efficiency in claim process
-
Manage Communication in team & related functios
-
Improve claim administration process
-
Increase the accuracy and tidiness in claim letter process.
-
Maintain low level error ratio
-
Handling complaint about Reimbursement Claims process and claim letters process and response in max 1 working day.
Requirements:
-
5 to10 years working experience in managerial capacity in claims department, preferably in insurance industry.

Experience of managing change and business development activities
Skill & Knowledge :
-
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills preferred.

An excellent knowledge of the
financial services industry and regulatory environment.

Skills in planning and delivering initiatives, which improve business results in a demanding environment.

Strong leadership, team building and influencing skills.

Ability to leverage technology effectively Strong project management experience
