Regional Training Development Jakarta Raya Responsibilities:
Job Description :

Implement training needs analysis, assess the gap and recommend the required learning program.

Prepare, administer, collect and analyze feedback from learning events.
-
Delivery/facilitate of program and management of events.
-
Provide support for learning events.
-
Be a trust consultant in one or more areas of learning, regarding Agency Sales Management.
-
Hand in hand with Agency Business & Development Manager on supporting Agency Sales to boost the production.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
-
Male/ Female maximum 35 years old
-
Able to speak and write in English fluently
-
Have trainer experience (Priority from Life Insurance) or equivalent combination of education and experience designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs/ training modules
-
Ability to utilize computer application includes Microsoft Office.

Strong presentation, teach, communication and interpersonal skills

Good looking, Attractive, Dynamic, Creative, Flexible, Hard worker, good relationship, self motivated and Professional.
